How to provide a screenshot

When we're troubleshooting ads or errors, or when we're trying to locate your payment, there's no substitute for knowing exactly what you're seeing. 

IMPORTANT: Be sure to include the URL/address bar and the AdBlock icon on the browser toolbar in your shot.

You can also use the camera on a mobile device to take a picture of your computer's display. Please check the picture to be sure it's clear (not blurry), glare-free, and large enough to see easily.


Attach a Screenshot to a New Ticket

  1. On our support site,, click Submit a ticket
  2. Add your screenshot where it says Attachments
  3. Find the file you you want to add and drag and drop it into the space provided. You can also select "Add a file" and upload it that way.
