If you're gathering your debug data for troubleshooting purposes, please send us the following information in a reply to our request for AdBlock's debugging data. If you don't have a support request open with us, please open one using this form: Submit a ticket.
- Click on the AdBlock icon on your browser's toolbar. If you don't see it, make sure it's pinned: Show the AdBlock icon in your browser toolbar.
- On the AdBlock pop-up menu, click the gear icon.
- On the Options page that opens, click on the Support tab.
- Next to "Has our team requested some debug info?" click the Download debug data link.
- If prompted, click Allow.
- A file entitled adblock-data.txt will automatically be saved to your computer.
The AdBlock for Safari Mac app does not have debug information. In lieu of debug information, the following information and screenshots of what you are experiencing is the most helpful for our team to troubleshoot your issue:
- AdBlock's version number (AdBlock > About AdBlock).
- The macOS version number (Apple menu > About This Mac).

The AdBlock for Mobile app does not have debug information. In lieu of debug information, the following information and screenshots of what you are experiencing is the most helpful for our team to troubleshoot your issue:
- AdBlock's version number (in the AdBlock app, select Settings > About)
- The iOS version, found in Settings > About
- Your device model, found in Settings > About

The AdBlock for Samsung Internet app does not have debug information. In lieu of debug information, the following information and screenshots of what you are experiencing is the most helpful for our team to troubleshoot your issue:
- AdBlock's version number, found on the app info page in your device settings
- Which version of Android is running on it, found in "About device" in your device settings
- Your browser and the version number, found on the app info page in your device settings
- Your device model, found in "About device" in your device settings
