Refunds and Cancellations

I Want a Refund

No problem! If you've changed your mind about paying for AdBlock, we're happy to help. We offer full refunds within 60 days of your payment.

If you're requesting a refund because you're seeing ads, please try the steps in this article first:

⚠️ Please Don’t Dispute the Charge

Disputing the charge with PayPal or your credit card provider can delay your refund by freezing the funds. We’re always happy to work directly with you—reach out!

How to Request a Refund

Email your receipt or a screenshot of the charge as it appears on your billing statement to:

If you purchased through the Apple App Store, we're unable to process your refund — all transactions must be handled with Apple directly: Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase.

Note that refunds for missed free trial cancellations are generally not approved. To avoid future charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends: Cancel a subscription from Apple

 

I Want to Cancel a Subscription (Recurring Payment)

If you’ve set up a recurring payment and want to cancel, there are a few ways to do it.

All Subscriptions

Cancel directly via the account management page:

Or you can also cancel directly through the payment processor used:

Paddle

Cancel your subscription at:

PayPal

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.

  2. Go to: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/

  3. Find AdBlock in the list.

  4. Click on it, then click “Remove PayPal as payment method”.

Apple 

Cancel your subscription using the steps outlined here: Cancel a subscription from Apple


Other Payment Methods

If you used a different payment method, email us at support@getadblock.com.
Be sure to include:

  • The email associated with your subscription

  • A copy of your receipt or a screenshot of the charge

We’ll take it from there.
