Short answer: No.
Longer answer: AdBlock is an extension that runs in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari on the computer and in Safari and Samsung Internet on mobile devices. It doesn't work on smart TVs, even if they have a web browser and you watch videos in the browser.
Does that mean you're out of luck if you don't want to see ads on TV? Not necessarily. Search for "router ad block" in your favorite search engine. Blocking ads at the router level (the point where all the devices in your home connect to the wider Internet) is nearly foolproof. All that's required is a bit of technical skill and a willingness to dig into the network configuration settings on your router.
