Using AdBlock in incognito or private mode

Safari

In macOS Safari, private mode doesn't disable extensions, so there's nothing special you need to do to use AdBlock in private mode.

Chrome

1. Enter chrome://extensions in the address bar.

2. Under AdBlock in the extensions list, click Details.

3. Scroll down and toggle on Allow in Incognito.

Firefox

1. Enter about:addons in the address bar.

2. Next to AdBlock in the extensions list, click the three dots and select Manage.

3. Scroll down to Run in Private Windows and select Allow.

Edge

1. Enter edge://extensions in the address bar.

2. Under AdBlock in the extensions list, click Details.

3. Scroll down and toggle on Allow in InPrivate.

Safari

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap Apps, then tap Safari.

3. Tap Extensions.

4. Tap AdBlock.

5. Toggle on Allow Extension and Allow in Private Browsing.

Samsung Browser

Ad blockers are not currently supported in Secret Mode on Samsung Browser.
