Show the AdBlock icon in your browser toolbar

If a puzzle icon appears in Chrome's toolbar, please do the following:

1. Click the puzzle icon in Chrome’s toolbar to access the Chrome Extensions Menu:

 

 

2. The AdBlock icon should be displayed in the list*:

 

*If you don't see AdBlock in the list of extensions, see this article: Making sure AdBlock is installed.

 

 

3. Click on the pin icon to add the icon from the toolbar:

 

 

4. The AdBlock icon should now display on your toolbar:

 

 

 

5. Close the extension menu by clicking on the puzzle icon or on the "x" on the menu:

 

 

 

If a puzzle icon does not appear in Chrome's toolbar, please do the following:

1. Click the Chrome menu (the three stacked bars or dots in the upper right corner of the window).
2. The AdBlock icon should appear at the top of the menu. Right-click the AdBlock icon and select Show in toolbar.

1. Click the puzzle icon on the Firefox toolbar and locate AdBlock in your list of extensions.*
2. Next to AdBlock, click on the gear symbol and select "Pin to Toolbar".

*If you don't see the AdBlock icon in your list of extensions, first check that AdBlock is installed: Check if AdBlock is installed

Note: If you are using Private Browser Mode, make sure you have enabled AdBlock to run in private windows. Go to about:addons, click on AdBlock, and next to "Run in Private Windows" select Allow.

 

If a puzzle icon appears on the Edge toolbar, please do the following:

1. Click the puzzle icon to access the Edge Extensions Menu.
2. The AdBlock icon should be displayed in the list in the dropdown that appears.*
3. Click on the view/hide icon (eye icon) to add or remove the AdBlock icon from the toolbar.

 

*If you don't see the AdBlock icon in your list of extensions, first check that AdBlock is installed: Check if AdBlock is installed

 

If a puzzle icon does not appear on the Edge toolbar, please do the following:

1. Click the Edge menu (the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the window).
2. You should see the AdBlock icon at the top of the menu. Right-click the AdBlock icon and select Show next to address bar.
