Custom filters for Dailymotion.com

According to this post in the EasyList forum, the following custom filters block the ads on Dailymotion.com. (Updated October 9, 2016, with new filters and a userscript suggestion)


  1. Click the AdBlock button and select Options, then click the CUSTOMIZE tab.
  2. Click Edit to open the custom filters box.
  3. Paste the filters below exactly as given.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Reload the page you're trying to view.

If it doesn't help, clear your browser cache and cookies, reset your browser settings, and make sure your browser is up-to-date.

 

Bonus tip #1: Use a userscript to block video ads

This post on the EasyList forum suggests using the Dailymotion Raw HTML5 Player userscript with Tampermonkey (Chrome, Opera, Safari) or Greasemonkey (Firefox) to block video ads on Dailymotion.com. Not sure what to do with a userscript?
